EXPERIENCE BY LAB PERFORMANCE

Join me for a group workshop or group classes, where together we drive performance, develop our fitness and produce results.

Workshop: LEarn To Lift


3 hour workshop on safe and effective lifting techniques. Covering deadlifts (conventional and RDL), barbell squats (back and front). Aimed to build your confidence using barbells, platforms and racks.

Course: Weight Loss Clinic


12 week course of group support where the focus is on healthy eating and exercise. Weekly weigh in and encouragement for behaviour change.

Class: Circuits


Various exercise stations set up, small time period to complete the repetitions until moving on to the next station.

Class: Move


Upcoming high intensity class combining aerobic movements with functional fitness.
